That's it? Not unfolding anymore?

Pedilanthus tithymaloides 'Variegatus'
[Devil's Backbone, Japanese Poinsettia, Redbird Flower, Redbird Cactus, Zigzag Plant,
PokokLipan, Slipper Flower, 红雀珊瑚 , 银龙木]

Update: 21 Mar 2009
Yup, looks like they are not so "open". They just stayed this way, but recently, there are more 'flowers' in each cluster.

This tropical plant can grow up to heights of 2m and is normally grown in pots, gardens or sometimes even as a fence. The simple variegated leaves are placed alternately along the slender stem. The red and purple folwers are found at the terminal end of the stems. Both the leaves and stems, when damaged, ooze a milky sap. Posioning causes vomiting and abdominal plan. Sap can cause dermatitis. [A Guide to toxic plants of Singapore]
